Payment Methods - I accept payment by credit cards through PayPal for secure online purchases. I can also accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover and personal checks drawn on a US-based bank; if you choose to pay using a method other than PayPal, please contact me at welderlady@msn.com or 609-251-0971

Gift Certificates are available through PayPal.  Click on the Gift Certificate icon on the Q by Dezine home page and follow the directions.

Layaways - Layaways are available with a 25% down payment and three additional monthly payments of 25%. Deposits are forfeited if payment is not made in full.

Shipping - Upon receipt of payment, I will ship items available from the website within 1 to 3 days. Items paid for by check will be shipped when the check clears (3-7 days). Custom orders may require two or more weeks to complete.  I provide insurance for all orders over $100. New Jersey residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.

The international customers are responsible for any import duties/fees and are advised to know his/her country's policies on receiving international goods before placing an order.

Packaging: Each piece of jewelry or glass art arrives with a descriptive tag that tells its story; cleaning/care information is also included. Jewelry items are packaged in gift boxes or pouch, and the glass art is wrapped in decorative bubble wrap. The items are carefully packaged in larger boxes for shipping.

Return Policy: All items are packaged carefully, but if the package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. It is important to me that you are totally happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item(s). I will give you a full refund for the cost of the item (shipping not included) after the piece is returned in its original state. Please package any returned items appropriately (padded envelope and/or box).
